• Project scope must be clearly defined before work begins
• Payment terms are set 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
• Timeline estimates are approximations and subject to change
• Client feedback and revision requests are included per the agreed scope
• Additional revisions beyond the scope incur additional fees
